1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

3. Returning Products After Withdrawal

4. Return Shipping Costs for Change-of-Mind Withdrawals

Original standard delivery costs are treated separately under the refund provisions below.
Where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a statutory remedy for non-conformity, return-cost responsibilities may differ and will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.
Where legally permitted, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Where possible, products should be returned with accessories, documentation, components, and original packaging supplied with the order.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights, although inadequate packaging that causes return damage may affect the assessment of the returned product.

8. Delivery Charges

After verifying the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
Where the error is attributable to us, customers will not be required to bear inappropriate return costs for correcting our fulfilment error.
11. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Under the French legal guarantee of conformity, the seller is responsible for qualifying lack of conformity existing at delivery and appearing within the statutory period, which for qualifying goods is generally two years from delivery.

14. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, card network, financial institution, and banking system.
We do not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions after a refund has been successfully submitted.
If you receive confirmation that a refund has been processed but cannot locate it, you should first check with the payment provider or financial institution used for the purchase.
15. Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before shipment and payment has already been captured, the applicable amount will be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests submitted after processing or dispatch has begun can be completed before shipment.
Where cancellation before dispatch is no longer possible, statutory withdrawal rights may still apply after delivery.
16. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
